The creasing and drilling machine (perforated) Νο 32190 had a dual function. In order to make the cover and "dress" the book, they had to do what is called creasing. They had to crush the cardboard so that it could be folded properly. The second function of the machine was perforation of the pages. When a form was being made that needed a stub cut or when cutting stamps, they used this machine by changing a part.
