The Gestetner duplicating machine was invented by David Gestetner in England. With a perforated stencil he could create up to 10,000 copies. It was used for printing letters and circulars. Gestetner's patented copying machine was used with Cyclostyle's stylus or pen to write or draw on special thin paper coated with stencil wax.
